From the first contact with LocalNomad, from the arrival to the leaving, LocalNomad will be in touch with you to check if everything is in order and if you are 100% satisfied. In case of any doubt, questions or problems, Localnomad will be there.
- We offer you an easy to use web page, where you can quickly find what they are looking for and to allow you to make a secure booking.
- Our booking department is available daily to answer your questions and make a continuous follow up of your booking.
- We will send you an SMS at your arrival in the apartment, to check if everything that you requested in your booking is correct.
- At the time to leave, we will ask you to fill out a report to know your opinion about the service offered by the owner and your opinion of the apartment.
Security guarantees
The security of your personal details is always our primary concern. We use two payment providers:
Bank Sabadell: Before entering your credit cards details , you will be directed to a bank: Sabadell, one of the biggest banks in Europe. Your bank details do not pass into our system.
PAYPAL payment: we use paypal for off-line payments by Email.
